This is the first Asia Cup for Oman, and it is also interesting to note that the prize for winning the Asia Cup 2025 has been increased to 300,000 US dollars.

Asia Cup 2025 has a very simple format with 2 groups. Each group has four teams, which will play each other to choose the best of four.
Every team in the particular group will need ot play every group in the same group at least once.
