This expansion underlines the league’s commitment to connecting with fans across every corner of the country, not just in the big cities.

Announced on April 9, Phase 2 for the IPL 2026 Season will run across six weekends, stretching from mid-April all the way to late May, from the hills of Himachal Pradesh to the plains of Assam.

A standout feature of Phase 2 is its first-time host cities, bringing the IPL atmosphere to audiences who have never experienced it locally before.
